Monster Rhyme

Toddlers pretend to be a monster and play peekaboo in this action rhyme.

Literacy Tip

Hi, My name is Becky and I want to share with you a rhyme that is appealing and just one step up from Peek-A-Boo. Monsters have this perennial attraction for children who are learning to cope with their own fears and this rhyme has some empowering language. The pre-reading skill “Print Motivation” is about using words and language that feed the interests of children.
